Working in finance — from accountant to finance director — Talgat Iglikov saw in practice that even strong knowledge does not always mean readiness to make decisions and act in real situations. This became an important turning point in rethinking what education should be so that it truly prepares a person for life, not just for completing an academic program. It also became especially important to understand that the very nature of learning perception has changed. In these conditions, the old model — where the teacher only transmits knowledge and the learner remains a passive recipient — is gradually losing its effectiveness. Partnership, engagement, adaptability, and a focus on results are coming to the forefront.

It was at the intersection of these observations that the Adaptive Generations Training Institute L.L.C-FZ’s project Business Innovation College.
